Last updated: 23 July 2026TeeHero may collect your name, email address, home club, market, HNA handicap, profile photo, saved preferences, signup details, contact messages, and account settings. When you allow it, TeeHero may use your approximate location to sort courses near you.
We use this information to run your account, show nearby tee times, save alerts, manage bookings, improve search results, send relevant updates, respond to messages, and understand which booking links are useful to golfers.
TeeHero may send you to third-party booking pages, golf clubs, simulator venues, weather services, maps, or review pages. Those websites have their own privacy practices and booking terms.
We may measure visits, searches, course views, outbound booking clicks, simulator clicks, signups, and contact messages so we can improve TeeHero and report useful demand insights.
You can update your profile from your account page, choose whether to share a profile photo, and contact us if you want your TeeHero account or signup data removed.
